About the role
Manage the end-to-end provisioning of technology for remote team members — ensuring every hire receives a fully configured, secure, and ready-to-use device from day one. Key Responsibilities Coordinate laptop and device procurement for new remote hires Configure devices with required software, security settings, and user accounts Ship and track device delivery to remote workers worldwide Maintain an accurate asset register and device lifecycle schedule Manage device return, wipe, and redeployment workflows for departures Ensure all provisioned devices comply with company security standards Liaise with IT support and HR on onboarding and offboarding timelines Requirements Role Type Remote Employment Full-Time or Part-Time Location 100% Remote Experience 2–3 years in IT asset management, helpdesk, or IT operations Education Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Business, or Operations Key Skills Logistics coordination, technical setup skills, process discipline, attention to detail Tools / Platforms Jamf / Microsoft Intune, MDM platforms, Jira / ServiceNow, Apple Business Manager Details
