About the role
You'll be the go-to Salesforce expert for a US-based customer, owning day-to-day administration and longer-term platform strategy. - Design flows, validation rules, and automation that remove manual work - Keep data clean and reporting trustworthy for revenue leadership - Partner with RevOps and Sales to translate process into the platform - Manage releases, sandboxes, and user enablement
What we're looking for
- 4+ years hands-on Salesforce administration - Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Admin a plus) - Strong Flow / automation experience - Excellent written English and async communication
