QA Analyst
About the role
Ensure software quality by designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects early, and advocating for the end user experience throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features Execute manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing Design and maintain automated test suites using testing frameworks Log defects clearly in the bug tracker with reproduction steps and evidence Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and close defect cycles Participate in sprint planning to assess testability and story completeness Produce QA reports and metrics for each sprint and release Requirements Role Type Remote Employment Full-Time or Part-Time Location 100% Remote Experience 2–4 years in QA testing or software quality assurance Education Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering; ISTQB a plus Key Skills Critical thinking, attention to detail, systematic testing, collaboration Tools / Platforms Selenium / Playwright / Cypress, Jira, Postman, TestRail, Git, CI/CD pipelines Details
