About the role
Maintain and optimise the organisation's network infrastructure — ensuring high availability, security, and performance across LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Administer routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure Monitor network performance and respond to alerts and incidents Manage VPN configurations and remote access for distributed teams Implement and maintain network security policies and access controls Perform firmware updates, patch management, and capacity planning Document network topology, IP schemas, and change management records Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments Requirements Role Type Remote Employment Full-Time or Part-Time Location 100% Remote Experience 3–5 years in network administration or infrastructure support Education Bachelor's in IT, Networking, or Computer Science; CCNA / CompTIA Network+ preferred Key Skills Technical expertise, systematic troubleshooting, documentation, proactiveness Tools / Platforms Cisco / Fortinet / Palo Alto, Meraki, Wireshark, SolarWinds, AWS / Azure Networking Details
